Because of the pile height and way in which the carpet is woven into loops, it is not always ideal to use the Rotovac on berber carpet. In some cases, using the Rotovac 360i on berber carpet may sacrifice dry time due to the fact that the surface of the cleaning head is not flush to the carpet. We leave the decision on whether or not to employ the use of the Rotovac up to our trained technicians.
